Our Ministries

You are welcome to get involved in our ministries which include Shared Blessings Community Meal and Food Pantry, making quilts for those in crisis situations, choir, Auggie’s Bookworms, and fellowship groups.

Shared Blessings Food Pantry and Meal

Shared Blessings Food Pantry and Meal is on the 3rd Sunday of the month (except in June) at 5:00 – 6:30pm. Whatever blessings (donations of food) that are received throughout the month are then shared with others in the community to give them a hand up to face daily difficulties.

Quilting

Quilting meets Tuesdays from 10:30 until 1:00. No experience needed.

Choir

The Choir sings at Sunday services from September through May. Rehearsals are on Wednesdays at 11:00 – 11:45am.

Prayer Chain

The Prayer Chain is a group of persons committed to praying for others throughout each day. Requests for prayer may be made by contacting the pastor or church office.

Auggie’s Bookworms

Auggie’s Bookworms is a book club that meets once a month at a nearby restaurant. A variety of books are read and discussed.

Auggie’s Lunch Group

Auggie’s Lunch Group meets at 11:30am for lunch once a month.

Augsburg Lydia Ladies

Augsburg Lydia Ladies is a group of women who meet on the second Thursday of the month. We have lunch together, share encouragement, and work on mission projects.
